End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Bay Area Solar Shine Cleaning website, online scheduling tools, ordering features, customer communications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.
License and Use
Bay Area Solar Shine Cleaning grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for requesting quotes, scheduling cleaning services, purchasing services, communicating with us, and managing related customer interactions.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, resell, or misuse the Service. You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the security or operation of our website or connected systems.
Accounts, Orders, and Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, property, and service request information. We may decline, cancel, or reschedule requests when information is incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, unavailable, or otherwise unsuitable for service delivery.
Third-Party Services
The Service may connect with third-party providers, including payment processors, email providers, security tools, analytics tools, and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Ownership
The Service, website content, branding, software, workflows, text, images, and related materials are owned by Bay Area Solar Shine Cleaning or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bay Area Solar Shine Cleaning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Changes and Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update this Agreement by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Agreement.
